Reverse Laminar Air Flow (RLAF) is a specialized system used in cleanrooms and laboratories to maintain a sterile environment. Unlike traditional laminar airflow, which blows air in a horizontal direction, RLAF blows air in a vertical direction from the ceiling to the floor. This creates a downward airflow that helps prevent particles or contaminants from entering the sterile area. RLAF systems typically use high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters to remove airborne particles, ensuring the air is as clean and pure as possible.

Description – REVERSE LAMINAR AIR FLOW ( RLAF )
Supply Filter imported minipleat HEPA filter with hot melt technology, which conforms to EU-14 Grade at supply position with an efficiency ratting better than 99.999% for 0.3 micron.
Exhaust HEPA filter imported minipleat HEPA filter with hot melt technology, which conforms to EU-14 Grade at supply position with an efficiency ratting better than 99.999% for 0.3 micron.
Intermediate Filter Intermediate filter are made from non-woven synthetic with HOPE mesh: conforms to EU to EU 7 Grade, with an, efficiency rating better than 95% down to 3 micron.
Pre-filter Pre-filter are made from Non-Woven Synthetic with HOPE mesh; conforms to EU 4 Grade, with an efficiency rating better than 90% down to 10 micron.
Motor blower assembly Motor blower designed to statically and dynamically balanced for supply of sufficient capacity and static pressure to take care of airflow requirment for entire life of HEPA.
Differential pressure gauge Dwyer Make Magnehelic Gauge (0-23mm:2 Nos) to monitor pressure drop across HEPA & Intermediate filter and (0-10 mm 1 No.) across prefilter.
Lighting Fluorescent Light (250 Lux) at work surface
