Air Showeris designed to supply Class 100HEPA filtered air athigh velocity it helps remove particulate matter from the personnel entering into the clean room. Air shower works aspartial clean equipmentinstalled at the partition between theclean room and non-clean roomsto shower the personnel ormatters before entering the clean area. This units helps to remove dust effectively and maintains the normal working status. Air Shower is available I variousstandard dimensions also our cabinet can be custom engineered to fit any size. These units are available in powder coated Mild Steel/ SS 304or combination ofboth.
An air shower is a type of cleanroom equipment designed to remove particles and contaminants from people or objects before entering a controlled environment. It blasts air onto the person or object, which dislodges any particles or surface contaminants. The air shower typically contains several nozzles, which direct the airflow from all angles to ensure a thorough cleaning.

| Pre-Filter | Pre-filter are made from Non-woven synthetic with HDPE mesh; conforms to EU-06 Grade, with an efficiency rating filter than 95% down to 5 micron. |
| Motor Blower Assembly | Motor blower assembly designed of statically and dynamically balanced for supply of sufficient capacity and static pressure to take care of airflow requirment for entire life of HEPA. |
| Pressure Gauge | Dwyer make magnehelic gauge (0-25mm: 1 Nos) to monitor pressure drop across HEPA. |
